Join us for an engaging open house event to support post-secondary transition planning for adolescents and young adults receiving special education services in Delaware County. Agencies and community organizations will be present to share information and resources about post-secondary education, independent living, and employment. This event is an excellent opportunity for individuals and their families to connect with service providers to ensure a successful transition to adulthood.
This event is supported through federal funding and is available at no cost to Delaware County attendees.
