If you are a caregiver to someone with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including autism, we invite you to our mini retreat! If you are a caregiver to someone with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, including autism, we invite you to join us for a mini-retreat . This is your time to connect with other caregivers and learn about simple, yet effective ways to decompress while connecting with other caregivers. Lunch and snacks will be served.

Activities include:

• Gratitude wall
• Reflexology
• Chair Yoga
• Meditation
• Journaling
• Group Discussion, and more.

Childcare is not provided, but you are welcome to have your family join you for this event.

• Join us for an engaging open house event to support post-secondary transition planning for adolescents and young adults receiving special education services in Delaware County. Agencies and community organizations will be present to share information and resources about post-secondary education, independent living, and employment. This event is an excellent opportunity for individuals and their families to connect with service providers to ensure a successful transition to adulthood.

  This event is supported through federal funding and is available at no cost to Delaware County attendees.

Join us for a dynamic webinar about navigating the complex journey of toilet training specifically for individuals with Down syndrome. Dr. Lina Patel, PsyD will discuss potential medical, behavioral, learning, and environmental factors that can impact successful toilet training and provide strategies to overcome unique challenges for those with Down syndrome.

Support a Sport Fill the Stands Event is to show how much we support our athletes! The goal is to fill the stands with spectators to cheer on the blue and purple team as they compete in a soccer game. We want this event to feel like any other big sporting event! Please spread the word and bring a friend…. Or 10! Support a Sport will be asking for small donations for admission to the event. We can’t wait to see you there!!
