The annual DSIG Holiday Party will be held on Wednesday, December 4, 2019, from 6 to 9 PM at Paxon Hollow Country Club. Come join us for a night of dinner, dancing & great friendship! RSVP is required for this event.
Please email Megan at [email protected] with the number of adults and number of children (12 and under). There is a strict RSVP date of Friday, November 29, 2019. No late responses will be honored.
As in years past, we will be collecting for a local food pantry, so please bring a $10 donation or $10 in food items, and consider this your admission to the party.
Last but not least, annual dues will be collected for 2020 at this event. Our dues will remain the same as in previous years at $10 per household.

Remember, we are more alike than different! People who have Down Syndrome can and will do all the same this you do, it just takes a little more time. BE KIND. BE INCLUSIVE.

PROGRAM SIZE:
Large (around 150 people)

Cabrini University
MEDICAL SUPPORT:
This program will have a licensed medical professional on-site for the duration of the week.
AGES:
18+

Medium (around 100 people)
LOCATION:
Cabrini University
MEDICAL SUPPORT:
This program will have a licensed medical professional and two medical volunteers with applicable certifications on-site for the duration of the week.
AGES:
12 – 17 (15-17 for Peers without DS) & 18+

Sadly, we have to make the unfortunate decision to cancel the upcoming Egg Hunt that was scheduled for this weekend 3/24. The cancellation is due to a low turnout which we suspect is from it landing on a holiday weekend, and with individuals having Special Olympics swimming. Next year, we will make sure to plan it further in advance and pick a weekend that more people would be able to attend.
