Our October RMM will take place this upcoming Thursday, 10/23/14, at Hancock Church in Springfield (located on Route 320, just off the 420 intersection). Doors will open at 7pm and the meeting will begin at 7:30pm. The guest speaker for this meeting will be Symme Trachtenberg, MSW, Director of Community Education for the CHOP Trisomy 21 Program. Symme will be speaking on the topic of “Caregiver Support”. Child care will be available.

Creative Options Forum will attempt to answer your questions and spark new ideas for possibilities!
Join us to learn from experts about non-traditional ways of organizing housing and supports. Consider creative ways available to buy a home.
Explore the role of today’s new technology in helping people live safely and independently. Talk with self-advocates who are living these choices!
