Please join us for The Power of We, a conference where families, teachers, and others can learn from each other and find ways to support students with disabilities in inclusive settings.

What will we learn?
- Health services and the move from children’s care to adult services, including college.
- Ways to find, prepare, and support special education teachers. Different points of view at IEP meetings (attorney & family).
- Real-life tips for making the move after high school easier.
- How families and teachers can have honest conversations and work together.
The day includes breakfast, speakers, breakout sessions, lunch, vendors, and time to meet other people.
Pennsylvania’s Education for All Coalition (PEAC) and West Chester University’s College of Education & Social Work are hosting the conference.
